Shipping Policy
Delivery typically takes between 30 to 45 days. We procure your figure from our Asia Warehouse then ship it to you in India. It involves international shipping, local delivery, and any applicable duties.. You just need to place your order and wait for your collectible to arrive at your door.

Return & Exchange Policy
At our store, we strive to provide you with the best service and unique collectibles. Due to the nature of our on-demand shipping, we do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind. We encourage you to choose your items carefully to ensure your satisfaction!

We take great care in packing your items. If you would like, we can provide pictures before shipping to confirm the condition of the box. If you have any requests, such as opening the package to check the figure, please let us know. However, please understand that we are not responsible for conducting a thorough quality check (QC) on each figure, as we order on demand only for you.

We want to make you aware that during international shipping, minor wear and tear to the outer box or blister can occur as part of the process. This is quite common, and we do not cover these minor imperfections.​
If your package happens to arrive damaged, we kindly ask you to provide us with an unboxing video showing the condition of the package. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will process a refund for the item if it is shown to be damaged upon arrival.

If you are intentionally ordering a KO (knock-off) or Bootleg figure, please keep in mind that the quality may vary from the original. While our focus is on sourcing these figures well packed and in good condition for you, we cannot guarantee the same level of quality as authentic items.
